1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using the Rotate apps, Rotate Bridge or flightrotate.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Give accurate information, and keep your password, PIN and one-time codes to yourself.
- One account per person. Callsigns must not impersonate real people, airlines or Rotate staff.
- You're responsible for activity on your account, your trusted PCs and your paired phones. Remove a device you no longer use in Settings → Security.
3. Free month, Rotate Pro and payments
Every new account gets 30 days of Pro, counted from the day it signs up, with no payment needed. There is no permanent free plan: after those days, starting and recording new flights needs Rotate Pro. A flight already under way when the free month ends can still be finished. Everything else, including your logbook, career, credits and achievements, stays available.
- Prices include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise. Your region follows your account country.
- Card: Monthly renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Virtual Account and QRIS (Indonesia): these never renew automatically. We remind you before Monthly ends and you pay for the next month yourself. If you don't, Pro ends and starting new flights needs Pro again; nothing you have earned is removed.
- Lifetime means Pro for as long as the Service is operated, on the account that bought it. It stays valid if Rotate is acquired, merged or renamed, or if the Service moves to a new name, domain or app: whoever runs the Service then honours it. It ends only if the Service is shut down for good, with the notice and logbook export in section 13. It can't be transferred to another account.
- Purchases through the App Store or Google Play follow those stores' billing and refund rules.
- We may change prices for future periods. We'll give at least 30 days' notice, and a change never affects a period you've already paid for.
4. Refunds
If Pro doesn't work for you, ask within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it, provided you haven't flown more than 10 scored flights on Pro in that time. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise or the Service was unavailable for reasons on our side.
5. Credits, XP, ratings and ranks
Credits, XP, type ratings, licences, contracts, pay, ranks, achievements and badges are virtual items inside the game. They have no monetary value, can't be bought with or exchanged for money, and can't be transferred or sold. We may rebalance them, for example by changing type-rating prices, recurrent costs or pay rates, to keep the game fair.
6. Airlines and contracts
Airlines, job offers, contracts, rosters and weekly pay are simulated. A contract sets a weekly minimum of flights or hours and the pay for meeting it. Resigning before a contract ends costs the in-game penalty shown when you sign. Type ratings need a recurrent from time to time; a lapsed rating can't be used for airline work until it is renewed. Airline names are used only to describe simulated operations.
7. Fair play
Scored flights must be flown in real time by you. You agree not to:
- use sim-rate acceleration, slew, teleporting or position editing during a scored flight;
- modify, spoof or replay telemetry or score sheets, or tamper with the Bridge;
- let someone else fly on your account, or use bots or automation to fly for you;
- reverse-engineer, overload or attack the Service.
Flights may be reviewed automatically or by our team. We can adjust or remove scores and rewards from flights that break these rules, and suspend accounts for repeated or serious abuse.
8. Scores and appeals
Scores are calculated by Rotate Bridge on your PC using fixed, published rules that are the same for every pilot, and our servers check every score sheet before it is recorded. If you think a score is wrong, file an appeal from the debrief. We'll review it against the recorded flight, and our decision is final for in-game purposes.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you submit, such as share cards, appeal messages, job applications and support messages. You give us a licence to store and display it so the Service can work. Don't submit anything illegal, hateful or that you don't have the rights to.
10. Our property and third parties
The Service, its software, design and the Rotate name and logo belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them. Microsoft Flight Simulator and SimConnect are trademarks of Microsoft, and SimBrief belongs to its owner. Airline names and aircraft types are used to describe routes and simulated operations. Rotate is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, SimBrief, any airline or any aircraft manufacturer.
11. Not real flight training
Rotate is entertainment. Scores, ranks, briefings and weather are not certified, must never be used for real-world flight, and do not count towards any pilot licence or rating.
12. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Rotate running, but the Service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when a simulator update breaks compatibility. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
13. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Rotate and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. If we ever shut the Service down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice and let you export your logbook.
If Rotate or the Service passes to another operator (for example through an acquisition, merger or rebranding), these Terms, your account, and what you have paid for, including Lifetime, pass with it. We'll tell you who the new operator is before it happens.
14. Law, disputes, changes and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
If something goes wrong, we'd rather sort it out with you directly. Before going to a court or an agency:
- Email [email protected] with "Dispute" in the subject, the email of your account, what happened and what you'd like us to do. A score you disagree with goes through the appeal in section 8 first.
- We'll confirm we have it within 3 working days and give you our answer within 14 days.
- We'll both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days of your email. You can reply to our answer, and we'll look at it again.
If it isn't settled after those 30 days, either of us may take it to the competent district court in Indonesia. If you use the Service as a consumer in Indonesia, you may also go to a Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. If the consumer law of your country gives you the right to use your local courts, nothing here takes that away.
We'll give 14 days' notice of material changes to these Terms. Questions: [email protected].
